We make every attempt to ship orders the day they are placed. However, due to the variation in pick-up times by our carriers, orders placed after 3 pm may not be able to ship until the following business day. If you need something expedited, please contact us by phone to let us know.
We offer package shipping via Fed Ex, UPS and SpeeDee Delivery (where available). LTL shipments vary by need and availability.
We make every effort to ship items from the closest warehouse to your location to cut down on shipping times, however, in some cases, an item may not be stocked in the warehouse closest to you and will need to be shipped from another warehouse. If you would like an item shipped from a specific location, please be sure to contact that warehouse to place your order via phone.
Shipping costs for returning cores is the responsibility of the customer. Other companies may offer free shipping but that’s because it’s built into the price you pay for the part. When you buy from us, you can trust that you’re getting the best parts at the best prices. Period.
All of our locations operate on a Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule with the exception of certain holidays.
Yes! We do offer local parts delivery. Certain restrictions do apply. If you are in need of parts in the Des Moines or Indianapolis metro areas, or Carlinville and surrounding areas, contact your local branch and we will do our best to get your needs met.
We have relationships with literally hundreds of manufacturers from both the aftermarket and OE sides of the business. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us by phone and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
We sell both new and remanufactured items. For the most part, if an item carries a core charge, then it is of the remanufactured variety. However, that is not always the case and from time to time there will be a core charge on a new item. For clarity, under the specifications for each part, there is a “New vs. Reman” category. The status of the product in question will be listed there.
There are two reasons that we do not allow our outside salesmen to pick up cores. First, our outside salesmen drive small, fuel-efficient cars and because of this, they do not have the room to pick up cores. Secondly, our outside salesmen are out on the road and rarely return to the branch locations or the company headquarters. In order for your cores to be received, processed and credited in a timely manner, they will need to be shipped back to the Core Collections Facility located at 303 Carlinville Plaza Drive, Carlinville, IL 62626.

Core criteria can vary from product line to product line. A good rule of thumb is that as long as the damage occurred in the normal use of the item, there is no fire damage, water damage and the core has not been disassembled, it is likely to be an acceptable core. All core charges are due and payable upfront. As a remanufacturing facility, cores are the lifeblood of our business. We have to either have cores or the money to go to the open market to purchase quality replacement cores in order to keep our shelves filled with product.
Sales orders are simply a confirmation of your order. Tracking information and totals, including shipping charges and applicable sales tax, will be sent to you via email on the final invoice once the order has been processed through our shipping department.
If your order has processed, you can find the tracking information on the invoice that was emailed to you or can log into your account and view tracking information under the “Delivery History” tab on your dashboard. If you placed an order for an out-of-stock item, you can contact us by phone and we’ll be happy to give you a status update.
State tax laws vary by location. We suggest contacting your local state tax office if you have questions regarding your responsibilities under the law.
Items purchased for the sole use of agricultural production do not require sales tax. In order to qualify for this exemption, we are required to have the proper paperwork filled out and on file. Please contact us directly to begin that process.
