Good communication throughout the process of sending in my pump, letting me know what was getting fixed, and then when it shipped back out. There are plenty of shops closer to me that might have worked fine and might have been cheaper. I sent my business to the guys willing to show video proof of exactly what I am getting. I cannot stand paying for mediocre service and I am willing to pay to get the best.
